We have a high-end mac enabled system with a calibrated screen that magnifies even a minute issues in the print-ready pdf file. Generally, we prefer print ready pdf file from the customer, which is then validated for completeness and checked for any issues/mistakes. If any issues found, the same would be communicated to the client and the revised file would be opted from the client. Our prepress team interacts with the designer at the client end, and ensures all the technical inputs such as bleed in the print-ready file are set correctly. Often we extend support to our client in creating a print-ready pdf file from the customer’s artwork file.
We have high-security File Transfer Protocol (FTP) for easy online file-sharing by the customer.
We use virgin plates every time and are keen on the quality of the plate made at the prepress stage. The plates are correctly coded to avoid any mistakes prior to printing. Our team has the experience of working on creating plates for print files in multiple languages.
